Swoop Golf SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern the Swoop Golf text messaging program (the “Program”) operated by Swoop Golf LLC (“Swoop Golf,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to the Program, you agree to these SMS Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Program Name

The Program is the Swoop Golf text messaging service. Swoop Golf is the on-course food & beverage ordering platform used by participating golf clubs.

2. Description of Messages

When you opt in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Swoop Golf, which may include:

  • Order confirmations and delivery alerts when you place a food or beverage order through Swoop Golf;
  • Operational and account notifications related to your activity at the club; and
  • Optional promotional messages from your club, sent only if you separately opt in to promotional messages.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity. During active orders you may receive several transactional messages per day, and fewer messages on inactive days. If you separately opt in to promotional messages, those are sent no more than four (4) times per month.

4. Cost / Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. These charges are set by your wireless carrier and are your responsibility. Swoop Golf does not charge a fee for SMS messages.

5. How to Get Help

Reply HELP to any message at any time for assistance, or email us at info@swoopgolf.com. We will respond with the Program name and information about how to contact us.

6. How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP (or END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, OPTOUT, or REVOKE) to any message. After you send STOP, we will send you a final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, after which you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to rejoin, simply sign up again as you did the first time.

7. Carrier Liability

Wireless carriers (for example, AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

No mobile information (including your phone number and SMS opt-in consent) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your information is used only to deliver the messages described above. For full details, see our Privacy Policy (Section 13: SMS / Text Messaging Terms).

9. Consent

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase. By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number provided and that you agree to receive messages from Swoop Golf at that number. To opt in, visit our SMS Sign-Up page or contact your club’s pro shop.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued participation in the Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
