Thank you for choosing Swoop to enhance your club's dining and service experience. Upload your menu, and we'll have your course online and ready within 24 hours, ensuring a smooth and efficient setup.

 Existing Swoop courses can make menu updates by accessing the Merchant Portal.

    Menu and Course Submission Details

    Please use the form above to upload your club’s menu. This form will send your files directly to the Swoop team for setup.
    Course Details
    Along with your menu, include any specific details about where at the club members can order and receive their food and beverages.

    Default Options

    To streamline the onboarding process, default options may be set up initially:
    dressings =
    Dressings

    For salads or items served with a salad without specified options, defaults such as No Dressing, Ranch, Italian, Blue Cheese, and Vinaigrette will be added.

    Drinks =
    Drinks

    If beverages are listed without specific options, defaults will match the brand listed (e.g., Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite for Coke products).

    Meat temp =
    Meat Temperature

    For burgers and other meat dishes, options like Rare, Medium Rare, Medium, Medium Well, Well Done will be set.

    Egg Prep =
    Egg Preparation

    For egg-based dishes, options such as Scrambled, Over Easy, Over Medium, Over Hard will be included.

    bread choice =
    Bread Choice

    If an item comes with a choice of bread but no options are specified, defaults like Wheat Bread/Toast and White Bread/Toast will be added.

    Restrictions

    Some offerings are unsuitable for online ordering due to system or delivery limitations:
    • Happy Hour menus
    • Buffets and “All You Can Eat”
    • Items “prepared tableside”
    • Specific day of the week and weekly specials. This can be done within the Swoop Portal.
    • Items with missing prices or specified as "Dine-In Only"

    Merchant Portal

    Once your account is activated, you will receive login credentials for the Swoop Merchant Portal. This online tool allows you to:

    Update or revise your menu

    Modify business hours

    View orders

    For any menu updates after activation, you can submit a Menu Update Request directly through the Merchant Portal. Our team typically completes updates within 72 hours.
